Payment Policy

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before final files or printed materials are released.
  • Payments must be made via approved payment methods provided by MK Digitals.
  • Late payments may result in project delays.

Revision Policy

  • Each project includes a set number of revisions (usually 2–3 rounds).
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Major changes after approval of initial concepts may be treated as a new project.

Turnaround Time

  • Project timelines vary depending on complexity and scope.
  • Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the start of each project.
  • Delays in client feedback may affect the final delivery timeline.

Printing Policy

  • MK Digitals ensures high-quality printing; however, slight color variations may occur due to differences in screens and printing machines.
  • Clients are responsible for approving final designs before printing.
  • MK Digitals is not liable for errors approved by the client prior to printing.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If a project is canceled by the client, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
  • Refunds are not provided for completed and delivered work.

Intellectual Property

  • Final designs become the property of the client only after full payment is made.
  • MK Digitals reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of unpaid work is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality

  • All client information and project details are treated as confidential.
  • MK Digitals will not share sensitive business information without client consent.

Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to:
    • Provide clear instructions and necessary content on time
    • Review and give feedback promptly
    • Ensure all submitted content (logos, text, images) is legally owned or permitted for use

Limitation and Liability

MK Digitals is not liable for:
    • Loss of business, revenue, or profits resulting from use of our services
    • Errors in content provided by the client
    • Delays caused by external factors beyond our control
